What to Expect —

Trainings are engaging, accessible, and clinically grounded. I facilitate real conversations that leave people with something they can actually use.

I work with organizations to understand their culture, their people, and what they actually need before designing any training. The result is content that lands because it is relevant, not generic.

The conversation about mental health in the workplace has changed. Employees are no longer willing to leave their inner lives at the door, and the organizations that acknowledge that and build real support around it are the ones that retain people, reduce burnout, and build cultures worth working in.

My introduction to this work came during my graduate training, when I interned at the UCLA Staff and Faculty Counseling Center and helped deliver mental health and wellness trainings to departments across the university. That early experience shaped how I think about the intersection of mental health and professional life, and it is work I have continued in different forms ever since.

I bring over a decade of clinical experience into workplace settings, translating what I know about human behavior, stress, identity, and relationships into practical, engaging training for teams and organizations.

This is not generic wellness content. It is grounded in real clinical knowledge and delivered in a way that respects your employees' intelligence and time.

Who I Work With —

I work with companies, organizations, and teams who want to invest meaningfully in the mental health and wellbeing of their people. Past clients include Edmunds and CAMP, where I have delivered trainings on mental health in the workplace and LGBTQ+ inclusion and affirmation.

I am available for single sessions, workshop series, and ongoing organizational partnerships.

Speaking Engagements —

I am available for keynote speaking, panel participation, and podcast appearances on topics including mental health, identity, queer wellbeing, and the intersection of psychology and professional life.

If you are producing an event, podcast, or panel and are looking for a clinician who can speak to these topics with both expertise and candor, I would love to hear about it.
